Directive:
To develop a Master Plan that will result in the closing Of one plant and the expansion of another that is in a Lower labor cost region and closer to markets.

Criteria:
-  4 days notice and be on site for 1 week
-  work with select key team members
-  maintain a high level of discretion
-  develop preliminary options and scope to meet with design build firms to determine preliminary capital cost estimates.

Outcome:
The first relocated production lines were up and Running within 16 months.  A final Master Plan that met The 10 year Business Plan.  Also this project has become The 10 year Business Plan.  This project has become The benchmark for future Master Plans for this client.
